TESTING OF OUR PRODUCTS BY SPECIALIZED ORGANIZATIONS
          In December 2019 - January 2020 at the manufacturing enterprise LLC TekhnoEnergo (TIN 5261055814, OGRN 1075261007733), located at:  Nizhny Novgorod, Kemerovskaya St., 3, the installation "Electric Power Regenerator" testing was carried out.
LLC TechnoEnergo is a developer and manufacturer of electronic devices and communication equipment, including electric energy metering devices of the SET, PSCh, TE, MAYAK, SEB, SEO brands. 
The testing goal was: 
  1. оthe effect of REM on the operation of electric energy meters determination; 
  2. determination of the effect of REM on the electric energy quality parameters; 
  3. determination of the real reduction in the active power consumption from the network  when the REM running. 
During the test, the following equipment was used: 
  1. multifunctional electric energy meter – ТЕ3000 №2006190021, installed in the supply Transformer Substation (ТП) before the REM; 
  2. multifunctional electric energy meter – ТЕ3000 №2006190022, installed in the Input Distribution Device (ВРУ) of the plastic production workshop after the REM; 
  3. the electric power regenerator REM-50 N REM-2019/06/50-1, installed in the supply Transformer Substation (ТП) on a 0.4 kV feeder supplying a plastic production workshop;на фидере 0,4 кВ, питающем цех пластмассового производства; 
  4. "Configurator SET-4TM" V21.01.20. Sotware .

In the Figure shown that two currents flow through the meter Wh1 installed in the Transformer Substation (ТП): current I1 - through the REM, current I2 - through the second meter Wh2 and the load. Through the meter Wh2 installed in the in the workshop Input Distribution Device (ВРУ) only the load current I2 flows. 
Note: hereinafter in the protocol all the figures located on the left refer to the counter Wh1 installed in the Transformer Substation (ТП), and all the figures located on the right refer to the counter Wh2 installed in the Input Distribution Device (ВРУ)  of the plastic products manufacturing workshop. 

Based on the results of a study of the operation of the REM-50 electric power regenerator at a real facility with an average power consumption of 50-80 kW, the following conclusions can be drawn: 

1.  REM does not affect the operation of electricity meters; 
2.  REM practically does not introduce changes in the harmonic and interharmonic composition of phase and interphase voltages; 
3.  REM reduces the current, active, reactive and apparent power at the supply point (Transformer Substation) to 30% without changing the corresponding parameters at the receiving point (Input Distribution Device); 
4.  Electric power quality parameters at the point of delivery and at the point of reception with the REM turned on correspond to the standards given in GOST 32144-2013.
